Wholesome Whole-Wheat Bread

Yield: 2 loafs (approx. 18 slices per loaf)
What you will need:
Oven
KitchenAid or bowl w/wooden spoon
Water
Yeast
Sugar
Canola or vegetable oil
Kosher salt
Whole-wheat flour
Bread pans (optional)
Steps:
1. Stir together and set aside:
1/4 cup warm water (lukewarm)
1 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
2. In separate bowl mix together:
2 1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 Tbsp salt
3 cups whole-wheat flour
3. Add yeast mixture and mix 5-10 minutes.
4. Next add 3 to 4 more cups of whole-wheat flour.
5. Mix until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
6. Divide the dough into 2 loaves and place in bread pans coated with cooking spray.
7. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size; if you are in a hurry, let it rise for 30 minutes.
8. Bake at 350*F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
