Homemade Cornbread

Ingredients:
Dry
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
3 tsp baking powder
Wet
1 cup milk
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*F
2. Mix dry ingredients together
3. Mix wet ingredients together
4. Mix dry and wet together
5. Pour batter into well-greased (pref. veg. shortening) 8X8 pan
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
